Customers generally praise the product's quality and sturdiness, with many noting it is well-made and can support an adult. The size is also appreciated, fitting well in rooms and offering good space. The functionality, particularly the under-bed area for play, is a hit with children. However, assembly is a common concern, with some reviews detailing issues like misaligned holes, warped pieces, and difficulty with instructions. The LED lights are also frequently mentioned as having adhesive problems.
