Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and modern, sleek design, noting it as a significant upgrade for their bathrooms. Many reviewers found the installation process to be very easy. The product is also considered a good value for its price, with customers appreciating its elegant look and functionality. However, some customers have noted that the product is made of plastic, which may affect its long-term durability, and that water can pool at the spout, leading to water spots.
