Customers find the product to be a good value for its price and appreciate its perfect size for various storage needs. However, assembly is frequently described as difficult, time-consuming, and frustrating due to unclear instructions, misaligned holes, and a large number of mixed hardware. Many reviews also highlight issues with packaging, noting that items often arrive bent, scratched, or dented, requiring straightening. Durability is a concern for some, with mentions of flimsy materials and potential rusting.
