Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and spacious size of this furniture piece, noting it blends well with home decor and accommodates their pets comfortably. However, assembly is frequently described as time-consuming and challenging due to unclear instructions and misaligned parts. While many find the product sturdy and a good value for the price, some express concerns about the material quality and durability, particularly for larger or more active dogs.
