Customers praise the product's excellent quality and attractive appearance, noting it is well-built and easy to assemble. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the material, with some finding it to be of good quality while others report issues with matching wood tones and damage. Concerns were also raised about the packaging, with several reviewers experiencing scuff marks and damaged pieces due to inadequate protection during shipping. Additionally, a design flaw was noted where chair arms are too tall to fit completely under the table.
