Customers find the product to be very comfortable, with many praising its ease of assembly and attractive appearance. The built-in nightlight is a highly appreciated feature, especially for nursery use. However, some users have mixed opinions regarding the recliner's functionality, noting that the footrest and backrest recline simultaneously, limiting positioning options.
