Customers say

Customers find the product visually appealing with a beautiful appearance and solid wood frame. While some reviewers mention the material feels high-quality, others express disappointment with the cushion materials. Assembly is generally considered easy, especially with two people. However, a significant number of customers report that the product is extremely firm, with some describing it as hard as a rock, leading to discomfort for sitting and sleeping. Many suggest using a mattress topper to improve comfort.
