Customers find this product to be very comfortable and appreciate its soft fabric. While many reviewers note its good size, some feel it is smaller than expected, particularly for adult use. The appearance is generally praised as cute and attractive, though opinions on the material are mixed, with some finding it rough rather than soft. The quality is frequently highlighted as sturdy and well-made.
