Customers praise the product for its cute, unique appearance, creative design, and good value. Many appreciate the ample storage capacity and easy assembly. However, opinions on functionality are mixed, as users note that accessing the compartments requires unstacking the tiers rather than using pull-out drawers. Additionally, some reviewers find the product to be quite small.
