Our sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and we are very happy with it! The delivery process was smooth - we got notified by email ahead of time that the piece was on its way and then the window of time when it would arrive. The delivery team was timely and very quick with their work. They brought it in and had everything set up within 20min! The sofa itself is easy to convert to a bed, and firm but comfortable. The quality and construction are what we expected for the price. We need it as an addition guest bed, but I think we might actually leave it partially converted all the time because it's nice for everyone to be able to stretch out their legs while watching a movie!. This recliner love seat fits perfectly in my front room. I am 5”4’ and my husband is 6 foot. The chair fits me perfectly however my husband’s legs dangle off. Cushions are firm but overtime they will soften. USB charger works perfectly when I need to charge my phone. It came with a tear in the side which I reached out to Wayfair with no contact back as of yet.. Amy. Oroville, CA. Tue Sep 23 2025
