Set this loveseat next to a tripod-base metal floor lamp in the den to cast a warm glow over the seating group, then toss a soft wool throw over the arm to tie it all together.

It is a really nice couch. As you can see I got 2 from the same designer and love them both. If you are a couch potato and love sleeping, laying down and spending too much time on the couch in general, it may not be your best couch. But it is really good looking and great for occasional movie nights and some family gatherings. Katya. Eastchester, NY. Sat Dec 12 2020

It’s firm but really comfortable. Just what it seemed from the description. A solid purchase.. Laura Beth. Fayetteville, AR. Sat Feb 11 2023

Don't let it's appearance mislead you. The Makeshift collection is really as sturdy and pleasantly comfortable as could be. But perhaps the foremost challenge of modernism is to impart something above the ordinary. To raise expectations, and portray craftsmanship as a delicate work in progress. The nearly free-standing padded leather seat and back, and shaped solid ash wood frame, present a paradox of sorts.

This settee is really comfortable for entertaining. The seat height and arm heights are prefect for both my husband and I and he is much taller. I would recommend this piece of furniture. My only complaint in that our sweet cat also loves it so much- and the fabric shows claw marks and hair really easily, but I’d still order it again!. Ashley. Philadelphia, PA. Fri Jul 06 2018

Feel like it was a great purchase… comes in other sizes too but have to search on Wayfair! Arrived quicker than I thought.. Lisa. Fri Apr 12 2024

Really easy to assemble, looks great, the foam is really firm (so if you are looking for a soft coach this is not an option) is a light loveseat so I have to add an a self adhesive silicone pad to prevent it from slipping on the hardwood. Anonymous. Thu Aug 08 2024

It’s very sturdy and the material is durable. Although it is firm it is not uncomfortable. The only drawback is the height of the back of the couch. It only goes halfway up the back cushion so if you lean back it tends to bend backwards.. Daniel. Waltham, MA. Thu Mar 14 2019
