The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. The full bed is comfortable to sleep on. It’s soft and cushy. I slept on it for 5 nights straight and didn’t feel any back pain. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. One person can put it together, but it won’t be super easy with the parts that require you to carry or lift the parts to merge them together. The entire furniture comes in 3 separate boxes, all labeled. If you’re doing the assembly without professional help, you’ll have to first remove all the parts from the boxes before reading the assembly instructions in full. I got a bit confused with how the parts were organized until I realized some of the smaller parts were kept within the bigger parts to condense them together. The packaging was also superb. I didn’t have any damaged parts and could easily remove the parts from the delivery box. Nice sturdy sofa bed though the brown is more greyish which I like. Throw pillows are very ugly so they aren’t staying but the couch is very nice. Will replace included inner spring mattress with a good memory foam one but I am very happy with the quality of the couch UPDATE 3 months later and the fabric of this couch pulls terribly. This couch fit our needs nicely. The sofa bed is a bit smaller than expected but will still work for what I need. It will need a mattress topper to make it comfortable for longer stays but I feel most sofa beds do so that’s not really an issue for us. It was very easy to put together had no issues. The cushions did fluff up a bit after a few days and are ok but the back cushions could us a bit more stuffing to make it more comfortable, so I will probably purchase some to add to it. This begins with milling and drying our own hardwoods at our lumberyard facility to ensure that our frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of our frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest-quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture.
