THESE STOOLS ARE PERFECT! We got them in the prestige ivory color and I was so nervous upon them arriving because the review pictures were so difficult to tell what the prestige ivory color actually looks like. It really is a true ivory with some darker brown and gray tones. I love the way the material isn’t a solid light color as any imperfections they may develop overtime should blend well and not stick out. The seat cushion is very comfortable and I love the way that the sides have a slight arm bumper as part of the design. The wood leg color is a very very very dark brown although in some lighting it does appear almost black. As a toddler boy mom, I never expected to say this—but our “time out chair” is the most popular seat in the room. This 26-inch barstool has these perfectly carved little butt-cheek divots that somehow make consequences…comfortable? The kids sit down mad and get up like they just visited a spa. I’m not saying it’s working against me, but I am saying I’ve had volunteers for time out/break. Sturdy, stylish, and suspiciously cozy. I love the chairs, but the packaging was not great. I’m not sure if it’s Wayfair or BluDot’s issue, but there are small scuffs on one of the chair’s wood. This bar heightened chair is gorgeous. The pictures don’t show how pretty the fabric is nor the beauty of the acacia wood. Acacia wood is my favorite wood because of the depth it shows when stained.
