I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. I love this sectional couch. It was an easy setup and the quality is excellent. The fabric is high-end and i love that the legs are metal which is perfect for my basement laundry room. So my honest opinion, this couch is very comfortable. It is very thick and is very soft its very nice to sit on. I did have to fluff up the pillows a whole bunch so they can become true to shape and the directions were pretty clear. I would get five stars, but everything isn’t perfect.
