Good deal and nice quality. I specially like the firm cushions and the ottoman that can be moved and also has storage. The higher seat height is also nice and easy to get up and down. - Compared to prices in stores - this is much more reasonably priced. Shipped in 4 boxes which arrived over a week's time. I'm glad I paid extra for someone to put it together. Go Wayfair.. Melissa. Glen Allen, VA. Wed Oct 28 2026

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Mon Jul 27 2026

Definitely more of a scratchy basketweave than a soft chenille. It is also a very light gray rather than cream, but it’s high quality and very nice overall. I’d recommend it!. Meghan. Boston, MA. Fri Oct 23 2026

Sofa was delivered yesterday (well worth the 50 delivery fee to have it delivered to the room of my choice!) and so far so good. I out it together on my own so obviously that’s possible but probably much easier with two people. It’s comfy, good for a small apartment space. There are some lumps in the pulllows that I hope will work themselves out over time but overall I’m really happy with it.. Kim. Arlington, VA. Wed Sep 23 2026

We received all our packages and the couch fits the space in our new Sunroom perfect. My husband and I put the couch together ourselves and it was easy. Only advice I give is that some of the hooks that fit up the sofa pieces together were screwed a little tight, but we just unscrewed the screws a little to make it easier to connect the pieces.. I absolutely loved this two-piece upholstered sectional sofa. I love the fabric, the scale of the sofa and the modern style. Always verify weight restrictions for what you need. I recommend paying for the assembly which may be easy for some but was difficult for arthritic hands. As a Realtor & Stager, I'm a first time Wayfair customer and I am 100% completely satisfied with Wayfair products, packaging, shipping, notifications/updates, and customer service! A very rare trait in any business these days to far exceed expectations in all categories much less in a large corporation with such a variety of products to manage. All items were thoroughly packed to avoid any type of damage to products during shipping. I'm not affiliated with this company, this is not a paid review, and I will use them again. I found all their items to be exactly as their product description and photos, and of good quality. I do recommend paying for assembly on some items such as couches or dining chairs which I did not do. This couch ended up having damage during assembly. Wayfair called me personally to discuss the issue so they could fully understand the issue, they did not rush me through the process, ordered replacement parts, and came to an easy resolution. Replacement parts eventually weren't unable to be sent and as I was unable to wait for item reshipment, I am now awaiting refund after I upload photos of the damage. Do take photos of any damaged boxes upon a shipment arrival or during assembly to upload to their website if needed. They make it very easy by providing an easy access link via email so you don't have to actually log in which I love! Thank you Wayfair for restoring my faith in customer service and in online ordering! I will update after refund received.. Elisa Graham, Realtor®, Fsr®, Asp®-re, Rene®, Abr®. Nashville, TN. I was hesitant to order a couch in a box but I have to say it has exceeded my expectations! I love the design and the colour of this sofa and it is the perfect size for my small, one bedroom apartment. It adds a touch of brightness to my space. The cushions are firm and comfortable. It was super straightforward to put together and I did it myself in about 1-1.5 hrs. I do wish the arm rests were a little higher as they don't really feel super functional. Also a note for tall people- the chaise is just long enough for me as a 5 foot 2" person. If you are any taller, you will likely not be able to extend your legs all the way.. Anonymous. Very nice and comfortable couch (if you like things on the slightly firmer side. Color is more denim than the Wayfair photo, but still a nice blue. Putting the couch together wasn't difficult for one person, but there's a lot of flipping it around so if you're not strong, have a second. Also if you follow a few things it is much easier to assemble. First a ratchet with the appropriate size hex piece will do wonders and save your fingers. Second, when attaching the arms and two seat pieces, don't tighten them, keep them as loose as possible. This makes attaching the back piece much easier, as lining up the holes on the arms, metal piece, and fabric is tricky, and having that extra room to move things around will help. The hour and 30 minutes it took to put together would have been 30 minutes less if I didn't keep having to loosen and flip the couch, to install that back portion. Also for the lounger, pay attention to the cushion. One part is very slightly larger, and if you don't put it in the right way it won't fill out the fabric in the foot area (though easy to flip around even after it took shape). Richard. Overall, I really like this couch! It’s a great size for my condo without taking up too much space, and I love the flexibility of the two ottomans. You can use them to create one long chaise or two smaller chaises on either end, which is great when you have guests over. My only reason for giving it four stars is the back cushions. Everything arrived compressed and puffed up nicely after opening, but the back cushions stayed much thinner than I expected. The couch is also a little shallower than my previous one, so when it’s placed directly against the wall, it feels more upright than lounge-y. I’ll probably add a narrow console table behind it to give a little more room to lean back comfortably. Otherwise, I’m really happy with it and think it’s a great couch for a smaller space!. Chelsi. Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

I love this couch and how you can pick and choose where the lounge or ottoman sits. Its a little narrower than I expected and took a full day for the back pillows to be full from being compressed. Definitely needed a second person to help me put it together otherwise it took hours.. Celeste. US. Mon Sep 11 2023
