The first thing I liked was how easy it was to put together. I am not very good at building furniture, so I was worried it might be hard. Luckily, the instructions were simple, and it did not take me very long to get it ready to use. That made me feel happy because I did not have to spend hours trying to figure it out. The adjustments are great - I love that it leans back with some resistance. Good for lower back support and stretching. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s taller than I expected, so just double check this is the right height for you.
