These are beautiful chairs. The brown color is richer in person and not “orangey brown” as the picture shows. They are very comfortable. Putting them together took no time at all for my husband. The time consuming part was unwrapping the base.. Karen. Shelby Township, MI. Wed Oct 21 2026

Very easy to assemble, everything was in tact, and they give you some extra parts just in case. Super cute design and matches endless decor choices! This is a tough one. I’m basing my 4-star review on the product not the process. I’d give the process 2 stars. While the table was shipped to me in brilliant packaging (the largest circular pieces of styrofoam you’ll ever see), and I assembled it in no time, the chairs were packed in a flimsy box that fell apart at some point in transit and was wrapped along the way in packing tape poorly, leaving a big hole through which the hardware (screws etc) fell out. While the manufacturer to their credit did send me replacement parts, it took weeks! The product itself only took a few days but the replacement parts apparently had to come all the way from China. It was very frustrating. Then when I finally got them I realized that the pre-drilled holes on the seat back of one chair was misaligned, but I just accepted it and only used 3 instead of 4 screws and it seems to be holding fine. Overall, it looks great and is what I wanted but that annoyance makes me remove one star.. Anonymous. Tue Oct 06 2026
