The motor works perfectly for it to go up and down. It is quite heavy, making it a substantial desk that feels worth the price.. Teri R.. New Bern, NC. Wed Oct 29 2025

The directions were easy to follow but some of the desk equipment is heavy so I would recommend some help. The light strip won’t stay glued and you need a separate USB port just to turn it on. The drawers are not real drawers and are plastic inserts with a faux wood face. Lastly, the middle drawer isn’t flush with the face of the desk so aesthetically it’s an eyesore for me. The mechanics of the rising desk is really smooth and that is my favorite part of this desk!. Amanda. Island Lake, IL. Tue Aug 22 2023

Great, huge (wide and long) desk and work station, beautiful color. Ot came in two boxes, metal frame in one and all the “wooden” pieces in the second, bigger one. I am losing my mind with this desk. I have had it for a couple of weeks and have yet to be able to have it raise to a standing height. The main error is E-3 which indicates there is resistance like it is hitting something. There is nothing in the way,. I can not get the desk to a standing position at all. I got this desk to replace a different standing desk that the drawers fell off. Other than that the other desk was great and had no issues with the motor. I have tried unplugging it, resetting it and nothing. I am completely frustrated with this desk. After posting this review, I called the number on the manual and they were able to help me. It was a sensitivity setting on the desk. They helped me lessen the sensitivity and now the desk is working.. Diane Mascart. Cohasset, MA. Wed Nov 06 2024
