I am losing my mind with this desk. I have had it for a couple of weeks and have yet to be able to have it raise to a standing height. The main error is E-3 which indicates there is resistance like it is hitting something. There is nothing in the way,. I can not get the desk to a standing position at all. I got this desk to replace a different standing desk that the drawers fell off. Other than that the other desk was great and had no issues with the motor. I have tried unplugging it, resetting it and nothing. I am completely frustrated with this desk.
After posting this review, I called the number on the manual and they were able to help me. It was a sensitivity setting on the desk. They helped me lessen the sensitivity and now the desk is working.. Diane Mascart. Cohasset, MA. Wed Nov 06 2024
