I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! Very pleased with this purchase!. Erik. Ghent, WV. Sun May 03 2026

Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. I will post another picture when it is fully assembled. The power recliner sounds like a nice feature as does the charging port. I am sure it will take two of us several hours to put together.. Lori. This couch is great, it reclines a lot more than the photos here! Almost horizontal. The back and neck support are good. I wish it was slightly softer but that's the trade off with the reclining feature. I love the look of this couch, though I wish it came in more colors. My cats love to scratch this texture so I have a blanket on the cushions. I really wish I selected the option for home installation. It was delivered outside in one huge box that wouldn't fit through my gate. Opened the box and the biggest part of the couch wouldn't fit through my stairwell to my front door, so I disassembled it outside, taking the arms off. It ended up fitting through my door, it just took a lot of time and effort and problem solving. It's really heavy! I'm just relieved it wasn't raining that day and that it was definitely worth the trouble.. Stephanie. Seattle, WA. Thu Oct 01 2026
