The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. Same lesson.. don't do full service delivery, just take it in the box so you can handle it properly. Ridiculous.. Douglas. Colorado Springs, CO. Thu Apr 09 2026

I absolutely love it. I had been eyeing for some time and finally decided to buy it and I couldn’t be happier. It was a little too low for where I wanted to use it so I did purchase some taller legs and it worked out perfectly.. Leticia. Heaven. Sun Aug 16 2026

Very comfy couch! Love the power recliner. The silhouette looks really sleek, unlike a lot of other recliners. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it arrived with some kind of stain. I think it might’ve been a glue. Thankfully the manufacturer was prompt in responding and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I think with a bit more effort I’ll be able to get most of it out.. Brooke. Cheshire, CT. Fri Jul 24 2026

Relax in comfort with this plush loveseat. This design features T-shaped seat cushions that will stay firmly in place while you lounge. The seat cushions are filled with foam, which makes for an especially comfortable seat. The arms frame the piece and add to the relaxed vibe. A low front rail gives the piece a low-profile silhouette, while finished wood legs round it out in style.

I love the feel of this sofa and the fabric is exactly what I wanted. 4 stars due to a leg that was loose and fell off. The space for the screw on the wood was too large, fixed it by applying blue tape around the screw to make it thicker and it worked! However, made me lose confidence in the quality of this couch.. Ana. Miami, FL. Mon Sep 28 2026

Make your living room flexible with this modular loveseat—start with the 2‑seat size, then add extra modules anytime with no tools needed. We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Sat Aug 22 2026

This is an excellent loveseat for the price. It came in a couple of large pieces that were pretty easy to put together. Probably took about 20-30 minutes from opening the package to complete assembly. There were some wrinkles, especially on the front of the seat cushions, but I used a steamer to get them out easily. The beige color is on the lighter side, which is what I hoped for.. Sarah. Dyersburg, TN. Tue Aug 04 2026

It's been a year since I've purchased this sofa. I washed the clothes - it wasn't so easy to peel and put back but I'm grateful that it's at least washable. The sofa back sinks overtime - so that's the portion that doesn't hold up compared to the other parts. Other than that, it works well with my small space and it's comfortable!. Amy. Torrance, CA. Tue May 26 2026

Whether for watching TV, chatting, or simply unwinding after a long day, this sofa is the perfect companion for your leisure time.

The sofa itself is great. It's comfortable and exactly how it's portrayed and listed. The packaging was a little bit Mickey Mouse, frankly, as boxes were taped together haphazardly; additionally, the assembly was a pain. Once it was completed, though, again, sofa is as advertised.. David. Whittier, CA. Sat Jul 12 2025

Clean, functional, and effortlessly elevated, this natural loveseat with console and slope arms brings modern ease into your everyday routine. With hidden storage, cupholders, and charging ports, it is designed to support how you actually live. As part of a modular system, this piece gives you the flexibility to expand and reconfigure your layout over time.

We bought this seat to add to the sectional we just bought to elongate the sectional set. It's nice that I we could customize the sofa more. All the pieces came for the sectional in great condition with no tearing etc. However there were three pieces, this chair included where there were small manufacturing defects with the locking systems. Like a clamp screwed in the wrong place or the wrong connector placed in a specific spot. This chair was missing a metal connector piece. We are still in the process of getting a hold of the manufacture to remedy these locking system issues. Other than these issues, we really like the couch. Very firm and will hold its shape well. Chenille fabric is very durable and washes great. We have little kids and I've been able to wipe off things very well. The chair backs are perhaps a little low for my husband but I feel supported and I am 5'4". We got the blue color and it is much lighter in person than the photos as a warning. The listing pictures have this as being a deep navy but it is definitely more of a cobalt blue-warmer tone blue if you have a well lit room. If this were in a basement with less natural light than I think it would look much darker. Overall, I would say I am impressed by the material and the firmness of the cushions for durability but for the price we paid I think the manufacturing issues are frustrating and I hope they resolve everything.. Hannah. Kansas City, MO. Fri Aug 28 2026

Effortlessly clean and inviting, this natural loveseat with track arms creates a light and elevated foundation for your living space. The soft chenille fabric in a warm neutral tone brightens the room while adding subtle texture that feels relaxed and refined. Structured track arms bring a tailored, modern edge, while supportive cushions create a comfortable place to unwind. Designed as part of a modular system, this loveseat is built with flexibility in mind, allowing you to expand or reconfigure your layout over time to suit your space and lifestyle.

I received this item for free in exchange for an honest review. The couch is really sturdy and good quality fabric. It looks great too! Deducted one star because the assembly was a pain and took two adults almost 2 hours to get the rails to line up and lock in place. It shipped in two boxes coming from different states (which I don’t understand) and got here on two different days but everything was intact.. Sarah. Cary, NC. Thu Jul 16 2026
