After trying out this Sleep Sofa at the Lazy Boy store, I was happy to see it offered by Wayfair. Although Wayfair doesn’t allow you to customize fabric selection, I was fine with the neutral color it came in. This “mini sectional” is adjustable for left or right chaise. It wasn’t as firm as I remembered from the showroom, but, that could be due to the difference in fabrics. Delivery was fantastic- they brought it in, setup and removed the debris promptly. The one thing I would really love to see in future Lazy Boy products offered by Wayfair is the option to upgrade the cushions ( in my case, upgrade mattress).. Anonymous. Sun Jun 28 2026

We ordered this in the 82" Palermo Drift leather and it's beautiful. The color is a bit lighter than it appears in the product photos. One of the reasons I suspect is due to the bloom that developed. I'm not sure if it occurred during shipping or sitting in a warehouse, but there is a dusty look that is indicative of leather blooming. This type of leather is susceptible to it and it does make it look a bit aged. I'm not sure how I feel about it and will likely try to buff it to see if it improves. It also easily shows scratches. Aside from that, it is incredibly comfortable and is the perfect height for our Colin live edge dining table. The product info indicates it seats 3, but our whole family of 4 fit with room for another person or two. It's super spacious and is perfect in our great room. If you decide to splurge on the leather option, just know that you may need to deal with some blooming, but the leather quality is supple and excellent.. Tammy. Roseville, CA. Wed Jul 29 2026

I’m so disheartened about this purchase. It’s been a complete debacle from the beginning. We ordered this couch in December and I had to inquire on its whereabouts in January. I was informed it was lost in transit and they sent a new one. A couch was delivered and was heavily stained and missing the bottom of the chaise. I called Wayfair and was informed that the delivered couch was the first lost in transit couch and the replacement was coming yet. At this point I was irritated but still holding out that the replacement would be ok. Second couch arrived and to my dismay, was torn and had rips in the fabric and one corner was completely deformed and mangled. I am nauseated thinking I spent 3,000 on this. I now have two horrible sectionals sitting in my house and I’m out thousands of dollars. I absolutely would not recommend purchasing.. Megan. Withee, WI. Mon Feb 14 2022
