So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

Easy to unbox and assemble. This sofa is made with comfort in mind, and you feel it once you take a seat. No joke. Im all about, easy and comfortable. Im not completely sure about it staying together. As you can see in my photos, there is nothing to secure the two sections in place. HOWEVER, the bottom of this sofa has “stay put” rubber like material. Such as that of a small kitchen or bathroom rug. I like the height especially given that there are no legs or feet. The sofa is that soft chenille and I love this creamy warm color.. Jodi. Anacortes, WA. Sat Sep 26 2026

The couch is amazingly comfortable and big. The wide seating and comfy seating is fantastic. I am amaz d! This couch is definitely worth it. But the plug was damaged. Currently am speaking to customer service about it in hopes they will send me a new plug. Valerie. Thu Oct 15 2026
