This is a very nice looking sectional. Love the color and the functionality of it. Is comfortable enough to watch tvmovies but not enough to take a nice nap. It came with a glue type stain and all the offered was a very low discount and if I wanted a replacement I needed to cover the shipping fee which was not worth it so I have to keep it like that. wow unbelievable how much i actually love this couch. i was scared of making a big purchase on something that i haven’t sat on to test out. i have specific needs cuz of neck and back surgeries and this couch passed the test. i can sit w my head fully rested on back without it not being covered or push outward by a pillow at the high part of cushion. i really love the brown color, it’s definitely lighter then a chocolate brown it’s more or less a mushroom brown on the beige side of the brown color chart. was so happy that it wasn’t darker.. Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. This sectional arrived in 7 different boxes. Although no instructions turned up while unboxing, the basic assembly was pretty straightforward if you used the website photo for reference. The lack of instructions on the electrical components made it tricky to get everything power related working, but we managed. We found the sectional to be pretty comfortable, and the power reclining pieces work well. It's not as solid and sturdy as I had hoped, and I do wonder how the sectional will hold up over time. Loved the sectional, we just didn’t receive all of it the wedge was broken. Wayfair was very helpful unfortunately we had to return it due to not being able to get the remaining pieces. I order from Wayfair a lot this was my 1st disaster, but when you deal with 3rd party companies also, it just happens. They are great to deal with I appreciated their response.. Pam. Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang.
