I wish it was higher and thicker to provide more backshoulder support. Also, bc of the black cover on the back, it is not an option to “float” this sofa. As far as I can see from pictures, everything arrived in perfect shape. Edit to add: frame was easy to put together. The fabric pieces arrived with some marks on them so I washed them and they shrunk a bit so they were a tad difficult to put on but I was able to figure it out. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it.
