Just received my couch today! Just what I was looking for as far as color and firmness. It is a firmer couch, which is what we wanted. Time from ordering to delivery was a bit of a wait, which was OK. The delivery team was great. Brought the couch in to the room and discarded the cardboard and plastic.. Jen. Erie, PA. 【Comfortable Experience】 Sofas provide a comfortable experience for resting, watching TV, or reading. They use soft materials and appropriate padding to offer you a pleasant seating experience.

This a nice little couch but might as well be on the ground. It’s ridiculously low. Unsafe at this height. You’ve promised higher legs on the way to me. I hope to see soon. Really soon. I cannot use until realistic legs x 5 arrive. Thank you.. Anne Mccullagh. Cresskill, Nj.. Tue Sep 22 2026

This Cognac faux leather sofa from Wayfair is absolutely gorgeous, but assembling it was a whole thing. Even with two of us working on it, connecting some of the pieces felt impossible. And don’t even get me started on the pillows—after they expanded out of the shrink-wrap, squeezing them into those covers was like a full contact sport. I genuinely thought we were going to tear them. That said, now that it’s all together, it’s super sturdy and the color is just chef’s kiss. Four out of five stars because the assembly process nearly took me out, but fingers crossed it holds. Sherease. El Paso, TX. Fri Jul 17 2026

The sofa arrived in damaged packaging, with torn fabric in two places. The color was different from the one shown in the listing. The legs looked used, and one leg was missing the threaded insert needed for installation. Some of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, so I had to hire a professional to install new threads and adjust the holes. After extra work, we finally assembled and set up the sofa. Please use proper packaging and sturdy, secure tape for large, bulky items to prevent damage during delivery. Very disappointing experience.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 17 2026
