Arrived on time and easy to assemble. Although the microfiber fabric makes me itch, I still need to cover it anyway because we have a cat. Enough to support my height and weight(I'm 5'2"). I mentioned weight because the only things that hold the back support are these two metal pieces that seems to short and not even locked with bolts. Hopefully it will hold long.. California. I ordered a powered lift-and-tilt recliner with massage and heat controls for my 97-year-old mom, who lives in another state. Delivery was scheduled by Friday afternoon, and I arranged for a staff member to assemble it before the workday ended. Instead, the large, boxed recliner was left outside on the assisted living facility’s porch on Saturday (non-workday), exposed to rain or theft. There’s written instruction inside the double door how to enter the building. Also, I asked a Wayfair customer service representative how to activate the recliner’s tilt function and was told I would receive an answer by email. After two days of back-and-forth messages, I was instructed to hold the “Extend” button. That guidance was incorrect; the tilt function requires holding the “Retract” button. So far, my mom really loves the look and feel of the recliner and all of its functionality.. Stanley. Queen Creek, AZ. Sun Oct 11 2026

The recliner came fast and was very easy to assemble. I’m not giving 5 stars because it’s not overstuffed at all. It is wide and okay on comfort I just wish had more stuffing so wouldn’t feel so stiff but it’s new so I know have to wear it in some to be more comfortable. The seat is wide so can fit me and my boxer dog so I’m happy with the size. The back is also tall so no worries of your head not having anything to lean on. The motor to lift and lower chair works great and is quite. Overall I’m happy with purchase and great deal I got on it. So if you’re looking for a wide seat recliner and don’t mind it not being real fluffy I believe you will enjoy this chair.. Kim Patrick. Alabama. Fri Oct 30 2026

Okay, I love this chair!!! It is so squishy and comfortable while also being firm. The material is soft and it’s a really pretty grey-ish white. It reclines really far back - would be easy to sleep in! The seat is wide. The chair swivels, rocks, and reclines. Would be excellent in a nursery or a living room. Can’t wait to put it in my nursery!!. Alison. Raleigh, NC. Thu Nov 21 2024

My Recliner is perfect for my living area. The only thing I did wrong is that I would like to have had the footstool go up separate from the back rust so I might’ve purchased the wrong one, but I do love what I have so far.. Gloria. Carlsbad, CA. Wed Sep 23 2026

California. I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. You must lower the reclining mechanism to get out of them or the entire chair moves forward with you (so not super stable if used in that way), but just don’t rush and take the time to lower it to get out and you’ll be fine..
