I went back and forth between the neutral colors and the green and I’m really glad I chose the green. It’s a beautiful olive shade in person and not nearly as bright as I was worried it might be. It adds some color without taking over the whole room and looks great with our wood furniture. It’s also ridiculously comfortable for lounging. The seat is much deeper than our old couch and I can actually curl up on it without feeling cramped. We’ve pulled it out a few times for movie nights and there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The cushions were a little compressed when it arrived, but they filled out nicely after sitting for a while. I also appreciated not having to put together a million pieces when it arrived. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. Very well-made velvet sofa. The fabric is really beautiful. You will notice that the back does come in two separate pieces as well as the base of the sofa. It does sit lower to the ground, but is very comfortable. I will use it with my Staging business and it will get a lot of use. Is on the heavier side. That can be a positive if you are using it for every day use. It is long and you could easily stretch out for a nice nap. Overall, I love the sofa. The only negative would be the separate pieces that come together to form the long sofa. I realize this is probably easier for shipping. But if placed against a wall, it is not noticeable.. Susan.
