One of the three couches we ordered had a part missing making it impossible to assemble the couch. Replacement parts were ordered, then delayed, took 3 weeks to arrive, and when they finally did they were in a different color than the original upholstery of the couch. Wayfair customer service was zero help, as the only options they offered were to a) wait for ANOTHER replacement part with no guarantee that it would be the same color, b) return the couch, which required us to spend a full hour disassembling the half assembled couch and repackaging it, or c) keep the couch and eat the money.
