I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! Very pleased with this purchase!. Erik. Ghent, WV. Sun May 03 2026

Very comfy couch! Love the power recliner. The silhouette looks really sleek, unlike a lot of other recliners. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it arrived with some kind of stain. I think it might’ve been a glue. Thankfully the manufacturer was prompt in responding and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I think with a bit more effort I’ll be able to get most of it out.. Brooke. Cheshire, CT. Fri Jul 24 2026

Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa. It arrived in 5 boxes. Set up was very easy! Simply lock in features with plug in recliners being ready for use instantly. Pillows come undone I had to put covers on 3 back pillows ( the big ones already have covers on). Very easy assembly. Color is great, linen material and what I like about it, is that you can wash all the covers in case the couch gets stained. Very happy with my purchase!. Malgorzata. Dunedin, FL. Tue Jun 24 2025
