Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim. I had concerns about buying an assemble-it-yourself sofa, but after the furniture store sofa I ordered didnt fit through my dumb, narrow, 100-year-old doors, I warmed up to the idea. No complaints so far. Comfortable, sturdy, easy to assemble, and good quality materials. Not sure Id mistake the material for real leather, but it has a good feel to it and its easy to maintain.
