Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim. Came very quickly in two large boxes - very heavy - and although Fedex damaged one of the boxes the pieces were not damaged. I thought install was going to be a breeze because its super modular in large pieces which made me very happy but as it turned out my install was very challenging because 6 of the key screw holes were misaligned so it took some work and ingenuity to get everything to fit. Overall I'd say the instructions were also lacking... Having said that this couch is SHOCKINGLY comfortable and looks nice. It is on the firmer side and I did not realize that is what we like - and wish there was a standard scale like mattresses - but everyone who sits in the couch comments on how comfortable it is.
