We got the light brown color. Shipped VERY fast and in a single box and despite FedEx trying to break the chair it was all good as it was packed really well..Assembly is very easy - took me 5 minutes - but it is a heavy piece and many may need two people (probably best with two)... It is a beautiful chair and VERY comfortable. Everything about it says high quality and the leather is very nice. The recline mechanism is smooth and works well. The arm rests are generous - in fact the whole chair is a good size. Overall we really like this chair. My two gripes are - 1. They taped the insulation to the chair in one place so it took me some time to get the tape residue off and luckily no damage, 2. Because of the way the arms attach to the body of the chair that area appears to be a little bit of a weak spot - i.e. dont grab the arm to move the chair sideways. I dont think this is a huge concern.. Aa. NC. Sun Sep 27 2026

The built-in remote control allows you to lean to a zero-gravity position and also enables you to stand up quietly and easily - without pressure, only comfort. Eight targeted massage points offer customized relief, exactly when you need it, turning downtime into a full-body experience.

This is a nice chair however, a few things keep it from getting a 5-star rating. Love the color, but it is a bit hard. I’m giving this chair 4 stars because I ended up not liking the swivel aspect. Our previous chair like this one would not swivel is you were reclined. This chair does not. So if someone bumps into it or your floor isn’t level or the dog jumps on your lap the chair will swivel around. That is not what I wanted because once reclined I want to stay in that position.
