The first sofa arrived damaged but Wayfair was great at handling the issue and the replacement arrived in perfect condition . This sofa is very cute . I love it! I bought this as a safe furniture piece for my playroom. My autistic grandson needed a safe sofa that can also fold to a bed for when he stays the night. It is very firm and has only been set up for 5 hours. I was actually quite surprised. The couch looks nice overall, but it’s definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures, which was disappointing. The storage section under the cushions sits slightly higher than the rest of the couch, and you can really feel that difference when laying down, which makes it less comfortable.
