Wow! This sofa is better than expected! It’s much larger in person. I ordered it specifically because it had deep seeds and a tall back. After trying out this Sleep Sofa at the Lazy Boy store, I was happy to see it offered by Wayfair. Although Wayfair doesn’t allow you to customize fabric selection, I was fine with the neutral color it came in. This “mini sectional” is adjustable for left or right chaise. It wasn’t as firm as I remembered from the showroom, but, that could be due to the difference in fabrics. Delivery was fantastic- they brought it in, setup and removed the debris promptly. This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. This is exactly what you see in high end furniture stores but for more than 1/2 the cost. Cozy, well made, relaxed look, top quality, performance fabric, great color (grey), etc. Great delivery experience. I was surprised that it was delivered without covers on couch but not a negative, just didn`t realize. I sent the delivery guys away after getting the physical product into my home and where I wanted it because I wanted the couch covers put on correctly and they were going to rush. You literally put the fabric on every piece of the couch. This was easy; took me about 2 hours to do it right. So easy to take off for accidental spill. That was another surprise. Thinking I could have actually gotten the pure white color that I wanted but got to scared to pull the trigger. Another surprise was that the non-end sectional has a 360 round mechanism to it so if we were to move the couch for movie night, this piece actually twirls 360 degrees.
