The holes for the nail on the table top were filled with some wood substance plugs. That would be fine, except the grain in the wood plugs is contrary to the grain of the table top. Absolutely beautiful and and easy to put together. My one complaint would be that though the top IS solid wood, I was disappointed to find it still had a laminate over it. Any scratch to the surface and it will bubble if it gets wet and that will eventually ruin the surface. I wanted this to be an investment piece, something I could have for decades but unfortunately it will probably need to be replaced in ten years or so.. Amanda. Michigan. Sat Apr 11 2026

I needed a small table to go in my open concept living room/kitchen area that I could also use similarly to an island. This table fit the bill for me and was easy to assemble. The box is around 30lbs so wasn’t too heavy and the instructions were easy to follow and took about an hour including unpacking with two people assembling it. I ordered two small chairs for seating. There is only room for one on each side due to how the legs are made. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Yet another Wayfair win for me.. Holly. Wed Aug 12 2026
