Nice and soft sofa. Easy to assemble. I still think there are some gaps in the cushions even though it has had over 48 hrs to expand. Overall it is comfortable to sit on. Did not want something too deep or too low and this for the mark. The only thing I really dislike is the fabric care is solvent based solutions only.. Tami. Mansfield, TX. Sat Sep 05 2026

This modern 2 seater sofa features a durable wood frame, upholstered in cozy chenille fabric with elegant tufted details. An extra-wide loveseat at 89.76 inches — room for two to stretch out, with a built-in center console and dual cup holders. Upholstered in soft chenille, light gray, with a 23.22 inch seat depth, a 17.32 inch seat height shown to scale, and a 500 lb capacity. Partially assembled on arrival with all tools included.

This sofa came in 3 different cartons, but was still a fast delivery. Fairly heavy for one persons to handle on their own, but once I got it inside the assembly was fairly simple. I was able to complete all the steps alone (46 YF). Took a little over 2 hours to complete. The piece is low to the ground, but super comfortable with large seats, cup holders, and a console in the center that lefts so that you can store items such as remotes or other small necessities for comfort while relaxing on the loveseat. I really like the color as I choose the light grey so it is neutral and can be used anywhere throughout my home. Very pleased with how comfortable this is and happy that the back cushions are a little taller so offers support while seated.. Kathleen. Aurora, IL. Fri Oct 16 2026

Very spacious couch! Wish it came with the accent pillows and also wish there was more cushion on the seated part but overall good couch. SO easy to assemble but definitely have to give it minimum of 72 hours to fully expand. Marisa. West Chester, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Every seat cover has pen markings on them from the factory as if someone used the seat cover as a writing surface and the ink bled through. Only one pic attached but again, every piece has this. Too much of a hassle to return so I will live with it and try to bleach it out. Also came wrapped with a bunch of dirty towels and carpet scraps that smelled like urine. All around pretty disturbing for spending almost 1k. Couch is comfy tho!. Anonymous. Sun Sep 13 2026

This was the best experience I've ever had with delivery. The couch is beautiful...but the delivering folks were incredible. My delivery guys pulled up in the Wayfair truck, introduced themselves, then quickly got to work. While holding my couch pieces, they kicked their shoes off, each time, at the front entrance, so not to track in debris. I did not ask them to do this but I couldn't be more appreciative. It was incredible. Fast, cordiall personable, friendly, and quite frankly, wonderful. Thank you!. Jacob. Pendleton, KY. Fri Aug 07 2026

Our elegant chic sofa is designed for optimal comfort. Our this sofa has a strong personality and a distinct design, styles to match your home decor.

Ordered this back in May and it has been great for the past 6 months. No tears, rips or flattening of the cushions. It came in three or four boxes, but essentially comes apart in the middle for moving around and assembly. This fits our apartment well and we love the adjustable ottoman, which creates extra L-shaped seating when needed. The couch is long enough for a 6’3” person to sleep on which was super comfy. The arms are sturdy and flat, which are good for sitting on or placing a phoneremote. Not many reviews but definitely worth the purchase as long as you don’t spill on it!. Anonymous. Tue Jan 06 2026

Love the color and feel. The size is great and fairly easy to put together. The cushions have not fully inflated and are uncomfortable and lumpy. Really disappointing. The backs are not stable as there is nothing supporting it. We have to screw in 6 support plates just so the couch doesn’t break or fall apart after a few months.. Rehana. US. Mon Aug 17 2026

This is pretty nice. It's comfortable for a short person like me. If I'm sitting down my feet are very much sitting on the floor. I think for a larger person to sit comfortable that their knees might be up in their lap. However, it is a very big Sofa. Big or small it's very comfortable to lay on with lots of extra room. Another thing that I really like is that the arm cushions zip on. The other cushions have some very strong velcro. All of the cushions on this couch will not be slipping out from under you. Very nice.. Brian. Lyndon Station, WI. Fri Oct 02 2026

This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. I was able to schedule delivery at my convenience. It arrived on schedule, assembled by the delivery team, and all boxes and waste were hauled away. The couch looks exactly as pictured.. Debbie. This couch has a lot to recommend it. The storage and overall functionality is fantastic. For the price I thought it looked better than expected. Very nice couch. The gentleman that was sent to put it together was fast, pleasant and efficient. The only downfall for me was it was dropped off (3 boxes) by FedEx outside my home. It was difficult to get the boxes in, but I did it. I wish there was an option, when delivery is in pieces that FedEx Delivery includes bringing it in the home.. Sally. Cary, NC. Fri Jul 03 2026
