So supportive! I love this sofa and I’ve only had it for one hour. My back hurts less sitting on it. I like that there’s a way to adjust the headrest and the feet rest separately. I use a battery pack to operate it from Vevor and it’s working great. I had 57 steps they delivered it up which was very difficult but Wayfair made sure it got done! Delivery was convenient and easy to schedule. Re-delivery was difficult to manage online. Color is perfect. It’s a muted tan beige and the fabric is soft with a very light pill texture. I have pets but did not buy the performance fabric because of the color offering. I don’t do gray. I plan to keep my waterproof blankets from Members Mark on them to protect it from pets. The photo had a shadow but I hope it helps. This will definitely sit 2 plus size women with one teenager in between. If you are slim you could fit 4 slim teens. The best part is how supportive it is. I have a really bad back and achy legs and it seems like it will help alleviate that. I haven’t felt a couch this supportive before. A must try! Love the bubble style this is built in. Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa. As described and super comfortable/ cushy ... the swivel rocker is awesome . Material is varigated and textured - nice. ..Managable size and seems sturdy. Waiting for the head cushion to poof out as it is a bit distorted after transport. Wayfair delivery told me that if it does not "poof" then it can be replaced. Aside from that, very pleased..
