This couch matches the pictures exactly! The back is low and has very little support, however that is something I expected and am okay with. had issues with fedex shipping my couch, when the couch arrived, i was worried that it would be damaged since the boxes came wet heavily damaged. at first i was discouraged at assembling since the cushions looked flat and the couch was stiff but I decided to add memory foam into the cushion and fluff up the cushion, now they are comfy and the couch grew on me and i am in love with my couch. Overall, didn’t appareciate how difficult fedex was, they had sent the couch in 6 pieces - personally it should have arrived in all one go but at the same time i understand why it had to be sent in 6 pieces. Other than that, if you go for this couch - be prepared to diy the cushions to be more comfortable. Joshua. Laredo, TX. Thu Sep 17 2026

Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on. Shipping was quicker than expected and the delivery was flawless. Wayfair custom upholstery is a win in my book with this item!. Eric. Paducah, KY. Sun May 25 2025
