Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Table was exactly as expected. One of the leaf's or sides, doesn't drop all the way flush to the side (wall). Its an easy fix to just cut the board that retracts to extend. Also the table was damaged a bit in shipping. I knew it would be the moment I saw the box, it looked like it went through a war with cuts and tears all over and was held together with a few good pieces of tape.
