I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. The perfect size, so comfy! The pillows and back cushions are so squishy with down. But the seat cushion is more firm - more foam than down. The only down side to this couch is the smell. I believe it’s the down in the couch but the scent is kind of muskymusty. I have had to spray it several times with fabric refresher. Sofa is comfortable and was easy to set up. It arrived fast and required no assembly. I only needed the left and right sectionals to make a loveseat, and was pleasantly surprised that the bottom of the sofa already had the attachment hardware installed (so it wont move around). The cushions are soft and fluffy, and the color is true to image. My only issue is that I would love for the arm rests to have a little more padding on it, that would have made it perfect.. Sarah.
