Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

The sofa is absolutely fabulous. It is comfortable and soft, and does not look cheap in any way. The recliners work great. I did have to adjust a couple of the locking hardware pieces because they were installed upside down, but other than that it is excellent. The backs have a small gap in them that I am not entirely thrilled about. I’m sure this is due to the reclining features and the need to match the other seats, but I don’t care for the look of the gap. Other than that, the sofa is perfect. I definitely recommend paying for the delivery service. The sofa is extremely heavy and quite large—much bigger than I was expecting—but I absolutely love it. With the delivery service, the team disposes of the large boxes it arrives in and assembles the sofa for you. They were great!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

This 6-piece sectional offers modular versatility with deep seating for modern spaces. Upholstered in corduroy fabric, it provides a textured surface while adjustable pillowtop armrests allow for customized positioning. The rearrangeable design lets you adapt the seating layout to fit your home's needs. Reversible backrests and removable cushions enhance everyday functionality and easy care. Sinuous springs and foam fill support comfortable lounging throughout the day. It also features stain-resistant properties to help handle regular, daily use.

Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. AMAZING sectional. Very comfortable, feels almost like a cloud couch. The color is more leaning toward light grey, but can still match beige settings, more of a greige color. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that you can't wash the couches because they are sown to the seats, but again this gives it a nice well arranged look. I personally love it!. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Water-repellent, stain-resistant fabric with removable, machine-washable covers makes everyday care easier. A hidden USB charging port and movable ottoman add convenience and flexibility to your living space.

There was a little mix up with my boxes and I received a different item instead of the armless sofa chair that goes in the middle. Since then everything has been resolved. I have hired someone to put the sofa together and will still need him to finish the job now that I have all the pieces. I can already see that this sofa is just okay and not exactly what I have envisioned. It's comfortable and the color and material is nice, but I really wish it was better built. The back of the sofa and the sidearms look and feel fragile and flimsy. The back cushions are very thin and could really use a nice pump up. For now this sofa is okay, but I will be looking for a replacement.. Violetta. New York, NY. Sat Oct 24 2026

Very nice and comfortable couch (if you like things on the slightly firmer side. Color is more denim than the Wayfair photo, but still a nice blue. Putting the couch together wasn't difficult for one person, but there's a lot of flipping it around so if you're not strong, have a second. Also if you follow a few things it is much easier to assemble. First a ratchet with the appropriate size hex piece will do wonders and save your fingers. Second, when attaching the arms and two seat pieces, don't tighten them, keep them as loose as possible. This makes attaching the back piece much easier, as lining up the holes on the arms, metal piece, and fabric is tricky, and having that extra room to move things around will help. The hour and 30 minutes it took to put together would have been 30 minutes less if I didn't keep having to loosen and flip the couch, to install that back portion. Also for the lounger, pay attention to the cushion. One part is very slightly larger, and if you don't put it in the right way it won't fill out the fabric in the foot area (though easy to flip around even after it took shape). Richard.
