I ordered a powered lift-and-tilt recliner with massage and heat controls for my 97-year-old mom, who lives in another state. Delivery was scheduled by Friday afternoon, and I arranged for a staff member to assemble it before the workday ended. Instead, the large, boxed recliner was left outside on the assisted living facility’s porch on Saturday (non-workday), exposed to rain or theft. There’s written instruction inside the double door how to enter the building. Also, I asked a Wayfair customer service representative how to activate the recliner’s tilt function and was told I would receive an answer by email. After two days of back-and-forth messages, I was instructed to hold the “Extend” button. That guidance was incorrect; the tilt function requires holding the “Retract” button. So far, my mom really loves the look and feel of the recliner and all of its functionality.. Stanley. Queen Creek, AZ. Sun Oct 11 2026

I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! I had back surgery 18 years ago- which lead to me getting our first electric recliner and this one is 10Xs better than my old one! My back and body are very happy!!! You won't be disappointed with this amazing recliner!. Carolyn. Hollister, CA. Fri May 01 2026

Loving this recliner so far! The chenille fabric is super soft and feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the tanbeige color matches my living room perfectly. The massage function is a nice surprise - great after a long day, and the remote is simple and intuitive. Reclining is smooth and quiet, not stiff or jerky like some cheaper models. Assembly took about 20 minutes with no tools issues. Its on the bigger side so measure your space first, but overall really happy with the comfort and quality for the price. Would buy again.. I am 6.3 and 295# The chair is sturdy. I like the wide seat, it make it easy to shift around when reclining. The chair was easy to assemble. it has two USB ports. The electric lift is very slow. My feet sticks out past the lift but is still very comfortable. It only has a leg and back adjustment. This chair does not come with a head or lumbar adjustment. It comes with a small pillow that the instructions suggest to use for the lumbar. (between seat and back hinge). For me it provided no advantage for the Lumbar. But is just Perfect for my head and neck support. I thought I would like the pop out CUP holder on one side and a wireless phone charger on the other side. . I should of gotten a chair that the holder was always available on both sides. The Side Storage is too far down on the side and not very useful. The Arms are cushy, but I wish they had flip up storage. To hide my remotes. When I use the "ejection" seat lift. the remote slides off the arms. The massage functions is very nice, but annoyingly starts in the "auto" mode and them sequences from back, lumbar, thigh and leg. I prefer normal mode and use constant back lumbar and leg massage. (Needs a memory favorite function). The heat function is nice but is limited to the lumbar portion of the chair, I wonder what it would be like to heat the legs with massage. Wayfair delivered the chair in 4 days. Instructions were very simple and generally clear. I was a little confused with the cord connections. the instruction were not clear and the pictures were not helpful. the cords have male and female connections to the controls, motors and seat components. When the cords are plugged together, One of the plugs have a hinged lock that clips to the other plug, keeping them from pulling loose. On One cord set (male and female connection) both ends had a hinged lock, I had to discard the extra lock for the other connection lock. ...At first I thought the wiring was wrong. (remember my slow comment.) But after lots of testing. I am certain all is correct. Would I buy it again? ...Yes... Would I have bought it if I sat in before buying ... not sure... Rory.
