This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. Appears to be solid construction. Very attractive. They are a bit firm, which is a little of a let down, however they do provide support. Affordable, yet solid and well constructed. My dog LOVES this bed. Hes a 90 lb German Shepherd mix - we have plenty of space on this when we cuddle. FYI - the cover is VERY difficult to get on and off for cleaning. I was due to get this on Friday and that got all screwed up. I was livid, but customer service made it right and it delivered it today. The guys were in and out in about 30-40 minutes time. They were nice and polite. They made sure to clean up after themselves. The chair is super firm- for now but I bought a gel foam mattress topper to go on top of it.
