Comfortable and nice for the price, but not faux leather as expected Overall, I’m happy with this bench and feel the price was fair. Delivery arrived on September 30, and although Wayfair had to reschedule my original assembly appointment because they couldn’t find an assembler, someone came out on October 3. She was very professional, communicated well about her arrival, and had the entire bench assembled in about an hour. The bench is comfortable and looks great in my kitchen nook. My table hasn’t arrived yet, so the attached photo shows the bench by itself for now. The main reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the material. It is described as faux leather, so I expected something with more of a leather or pleather feel. Instead, the upholstery feels much more like suede or microfiber. I specifically chose faux leather because I have pets and wanted something that wouldn’t attract pet hair, but unfortunately hair does stick to this material. I had also read reviews mentioning a lack of support in the center. It’s too new for me to know whether that will become an issue, but interestingly, the professional assembler also commented that additional center support would have been a good idea. Overall, it’s comfortable, attractive, and a good value for the price. I’m pleased with how it looks, but I do think the description of the upholstery as faux leather is misleading.. Anonymous. Designed to bring effortless organization and sleek, modern style to your living space, our Upholstered Storage Bench is the ultimate multi-functional home furniture solution.

Great Storage Bench – Looks Nice and Holds a Lot! I am very happy with this storage bench! I wanted something for the end of the bed that would give us some extra storage without taking up too much space, and this ended up being a great choice. The brown faux leather looks really nice and gives it a much more expensive appearance than I expected. It also works perfectly with the other brown furniture in the room. One of my favorite things about this bench is how much you can store inside. It is great for extra blankets, pillows, sheets, shoes, or anything else you want to keep out of sight. I love that it gives us extra storage without having to add another dresser or bulky piece of furniture to the room. It was also very easy to set up. I was expecting a much more complicated assembly process, but it was quick and simple. Once it was put together, I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it felt. It works well as a place to sit while putting on shoes, and the padded top is comfortable enough for occasional seating. The size is also perfect for the end of a bed. It gives you a good amount of storage and seating space without overwhelming the room. Overall, this was a great purchase for the price. The bench added a nice touch and function to my entry way. The leather quality is much better than I expected. Love it! Minus one star because while it was easy to assemble (I’m not handy), one of the four inside screws that attach the legs to the seat does not screw in. I read some of the other reviews to assist me and several noted it as well. Also, one of the legs (on left in photo) was flawed so poor quality control because it was painted over the scratch.
