The assembly time for this wasn’t bad. It took less than half an hour for two people. It sits very low to the ground so probably isn’t the best bet for someone with bad knees. The pillow cushions on the seat portion are not removable, so they can only be spot cleaned. It seems reasonably sturdy and is a cute little addition to my home office/den. It’s definitely not top of the line quality, but suits the purpose I need it for. Bonus that it pulls out to a bed! As far as comfort, the pillow cushions are a bit flat, but I’m guessing they’ll plump up over time. The mechanism to slide it into a bed is pretty easy to use. Great for a den or playroom! The color is a rich, brighter navy.. Michelle. Niskayuna, NY. Wed Jul 22 2026

Delivery was in pieces and had no intructions, the frame was broken and the packaging looked like it had been in a warehouse for years it was dusty and was seriously worn. We never put it together and returned it once I learned the replacement part was going to take 3 weeks!!!! No thanks Wayfair we already waited 2 weeks for the delivery and ended up wasting a day waiting for delivery. I can only imaging we are going to have to waste another day waiting for the pick up too for what is essentially trash! I would opt for white glove service if we ever bought from Wayfair again, which I doubt. But customer service people are very nice…. Anonymous. Fri May 03 2024

Very sturdy piece, can see why it’s priced high. Looks much like the photo, but more futon-like. Really, it IS a futon, with nice fabric, and unique pillows. My cat scratched it. You can tell. Ha.. Jen. CA. Tue Dec 30 2025
