Ginormous, soft and silky couch! This is larger than I expected, but I am liking the bigger size. We decided to use it as a basement couch. The color is a nice shade of grey. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m very disappointed with this loveseat. The quality is not very good. We got it all put together and it’s very rickety. There is a small rip in the fabric on the side. I purchased this particular one for the vibration and heat because I have a bad back and both heat and vibration are almost nonexistent, barely vibrates and barely heats. Because of the rip on the side, I do believe it has to be returned, depending on how difficult they make the return.. Terry. AZ. Fri Sep 04 2026

The sofa arrived in damaged packaging, with torn fabric in two places. The color was different from the one shown in the listing. The legs looked used, and one leg was missing the threaded insert needed for installation. Some of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, so I had to hire a professional to install new threads and adjust the holes. After extra work, we finally assembled and set up the sofa. Please use proper packaging and sturdy, secure tape for large, bulky items to prevent damage during delivery. Very disappointing experience.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 17 2026
