The sofa arrived in 2 boxes. It is shrink wrapped. So once assembled it takes 3 days to fully inflate properly. It is comfortable enough. I purchased a 3 inch topper to put on top when using it as a guest bed. I don’t think it would be comfortable enough without the topper. For the price point it’s adequate. No real complaints.. This is awesome! It is a nice love seat when it is folded up, but it transforms into a sofa bed when you pull the cushion out from underneath. The back can be fully upright, flat, or angled for lounging. The cushions are removable, but they can also be held in place with strong velcro so that they do not slide when you are lying down or sitting against them. It has just the right amount of cushion so it is neither too firm nor too soft, and you do not sink too far in. The material is soft and has a velvet feel.
