This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! A least make them easier to remove. Took me 25 minutes with goo be gone to scrape it off. I left the bottom one on that can’t be seen bc I don’t feel like scraping another one off!. Lisa. US. Fantastic purchase overall — sturdy, modern, and genuinely functional. It's really pretty in person — the blue is exactly as pictured — and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. I skipped the shelf racks so I could use the space for backpacks, and a full backpack fits inside the closed cabinets, so clutter stays out of sight. It fits perfectly in my 8x8 office, with plenty of headroom above it. A detail I didn't expect to love: the counter has a built-in charging outlet, so my laptop and speaker sit right there, plugged in and ready. I also added Wayfair's assembly service and couldn't be happier: the assembler arrived the same day as delivery and had everything put together in no time. This is the second time I've used Wayfair's delivery and assembly, and both times deliveries arrived right on schedule, with assembly booked as early as the next day.
