It’s very cushy and comfortable - you won’t feel like you’re sinking in, but it’s not as hard as a rock like other wayfair couches I’ve experienced. You feel very cozy on this thing. Took me about 1.5 hrs to assemble by myself. Really impressive how everything was packed so well. Instructions were easy to follow. The cushion covers are removable. I am so happy I took a chance on this couch based on the ONE review picture someone uploaded, so I am adding more! Including one with my feet so you can see how long this is. Pros very nice upholstery, great neutral color and texture, absolutely love the wood base to every piece, the pieces stay in place and don’t slide on our carpet, it’s high quality and heavy, the storage ottomans are super nice with really strong hardware, and I love the versatility of moving sections around. Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago. And it seems if each cushion was a couple inches wider, it would be a tighter and better-looking fit. Overall happy with it though! Looks and functions great in our family room.. Amelia.
